By operating online with no actual shopfront to maintain, Scooby’s is able to offer discounted prices when compared to retail shops. Delivery to your door SAVES you time and money.

A flat rate of $10 is charged per delivery. An additional fee maybe charged with your prior permission for delivery of kennels, carriers, orders over 25 kilos and interstate delivery.

Scooby's Pet Supplies delivers Australia wide and does not export and deliver any of our products overseas.

Delivery

We will endeavour to fill orders within 48 hours where possible.

If Scooby’s is unable to send your order within 5 days, or if a product is on backorder, a customer service representative will contact you and make alternative arrangements.
